Open your AI of choice and perform a “Raw Dump.” Don’t edit, don’t format, and don’t worry about logic. Just get the “mental RAM” onto the screen.

Type out everything currently in your head:

  • The 3 emails you’re dreading.
  • The project you’re stuck on.
  • The fact that you need to buy a birthday card.
  • That vague feeling that you’re forgetting something.

Once you’ve pasted your messy list, use this prompt to turn the noise into a plan.

Copy and Paste this:

“I am doing a morning cognitive load dump. Iโ€™ve just given you a messy list of everything on my mind. Act as my Chief of Staff.

  1. Sort this into: Immediate Actions (Today), Future Projects (Next Week+), and ‘Noise’ (Ignore or Delegate).
  2. Identify the ‘Frog’: Which one task, if finished, makes everything else easier?
  3. Clarify: If any item is too vague, ask me one follow-up question to define the next physical step.
  4. Encourage: Give me a 1-sentence ‘Busy Human’ perspective on today’s workload.”
